These shoes are not suitable for washing in the laundry bag/ washing machine. We recommend washing them with our ROSY LILY shoe shampoo.

1. First, remove the shoelaces and the soles from your shoes. Brush off all mud and sand with water before putting your shoes into the laundry bag.

2. Place the shoes and shoelaces in the laundry bag, then place the soles in the washing machine and wash them with plenty of water in the normal/soaking program. Use normal cleaning detergent. NO SOFTENER.

3. Once the dehydration process is completed, remove your shoes from the bag, adjust their shape, and air dry.

- Put ONLY ONE SHOE in the bag each time. Sufficient space inside the bag is the key to boosting the cleaning power.
- As for kid’s shoes, you may put one shoe/two shoes into the bag.

-Try washing the bag inside out without shoes and softener,the seams of the fabric might then shrink to boost up the cleaning power and the strength of the bag.

- Debris might appear after the first use. It doesn’t affect the functions of the bag. Wash the bag alone one time inside out to avoid the problem.

- Depending on the size/type of washing machine and the materials of your shoes, your shoes could not be dehydrated well. Try washing multiple items together (or add a towel if you don’t have other items to wash) to avoid the problem.

Just the normal program or the soaking program.

Softener shouldn’t be added for a better result.

You might consider our exclusive laundry bag a little more expensive when compared with other bags.

Yet, it is completely made of microfibers. The amount used is comparable to a JPY1,000-worth bathmat. The bag is detailed and nicely processed and it comes with a zipper.

Therefore, we are very much convinced that the price setting is reasonable based on concrete reasons such as the material and the processing cost.

It’s a “laundry bag” so it depends on the functions of your washing machine, as well as the weight and materials of your shoes. There are no definite answers. Use the bag until it wears and the zipper breaks!

There’s quite a lot of agitation inside the laundry bag so frays are somehow unavoidable. You can use the bag until it’s really worn- just use it until you need to think of fixing the zipper!

The bag frays because of the strong pressure inside while washing big, hard, and heavy shoes. The bag is, in fact, damaged to protect your shoes!

The laundry bag can still function perfectly well with the fraying microfiber. No worries.

Kindly sew the holes if there are any. It doesn’t affect the cleaning power of the bag much.

Remember to zip thoroughly before cleaning or the zipper will open in the middle of the laundry.

Fix it with a sewing set or purchase a new one! Then use the bag until you need to think of fixing the zipper again!
