Wrapping material is not put inside in the package. Instead, all purchased gift items will be put in one single box. We also add a transparent film to protect the box; shipping labels will be attached to the film.

On the shipping label, the purchaser will be written as the sender.

Please purchase all items you want to gift as one single order. We have gift boxes that can fit up to the size of 80, so most items can fit in. If there were too many items, we may not be able to pack them all together.

In such cases, we will deliver the items as multiple packages.

However, in some rare occasions, we may not be able to meet your request when, for instance, the delivery date is between public holidays or to a remote area. If the delivery address is in some specific areas such as Okinawa or other outlying islands, we need to check the details case by case. Please do not hesitate to contact us for related requests.
